6 - Final Semester Project Training
In the final semester project training , we will take your exam may be in the form of an interview, group discussion, written test, etc. Based on the performance in the exam we will allow you to work on a LIVE IDP Project. Students failing the exam will be working on a dummy project (almost similar to LIVE project) under the guidance of an expert and experienced faculty. You will also be provided with the certificate on successful completion of the project. The project definition will be given by us and the number of students in the project will be decided based on the complexity of the project. You can also choose the project definition but first of all you will have to consult us and only if we find that the project definition good and worth doing we will allow you.In the 7th semester you will be taught the SDLC Life cycle. Any IT Project has to pass through the following phases : Requirement gathering , analysis, designing , implementing , testing and supporting/maintaining. You will be taught how to do the 1st three phases in the 7th semester and the last three phases in the 8th semester. You will be taught how to draw ER Diagrams , Data Flow Diagrams, all the UML diagrams and how to do the documentation and report making.
In our institute you can do a project in Java, PHP, Android and .Net. So you will have to decide on which technology you want to code. So you will have to choose one of the above training courses.
